Neil has spent the bulk of his career working on the data and market analysis side while Mark has been very involved in both the consumer and trade media all related to sport.
Neil Schwartz, President of SBRnet, Inc, has more than two decades of marketing & consumer research experience in the sports, fitness and active lifestyle categories. Previously, Neil has worked for SportScanInfo from SportsOneSource in addition to heading the research team at the Sports & Fitness Industry Assoc. (SFIA). Neil has been a featured speaker at many industry conferences and events. He is also well respected for his work with leading financial and investment firms, top brands and retailers in the sports footwear and apparel categories. As President of SBRnet, Neil is committed to growing the use of data throughout the academic and related commercial categories of sports management, sports business, sports marketing and sports analytics. Neil is a graduate of Syracuse University with a major in Communications and Business. Neil is married to his wife Jeanne for 18 years, they have three children and reside in Boca Raton, FL. Mark Sullivan is a business journalist who has held senior editorial posts at Women’s Wear Daily, SportStyle, Sporting Goods Business, Footwear News and Golf Pro magazine. At WWD, he won the Atrium Award for his coverage of the American fashion industry.
He was later named a Vice President at Fairchild Publications and became the General Manager of The Style Channel, a joint venture between Fairchild, Disney Digital and America Online. In 2005, Mark was one of the founders of Formula4Media, which published a range of B2B titles and produced The Running Event, which grew to become the largest B2B conference and trade show in the world. The Running Event and its associated media properties were sold in 2018 to Diversified Communications.
